At Wheel Angel, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality and customizable wheelsets for All bikes. We take pride in the craftsmanship and design of our products. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. In this policy, we outline our guidelines for refunds and exchanges.

Refunds and Exchanges for Non-Defective Items

Due to the nature of our products, most of our wheels are custom made to order. As a result, we are currently unable to offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective items. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase and reach out to our customer service team if they have any questions or concerns before placing an order.

Manufacturing Defects

In the unlikely event that you receive a wheelset with a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction.

If you believe that your wheelset has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team directly. They will guide you through the hassle-free process of returning the item and resolving the issue.

Return Requirements

In order to qualify for a return due to a manufacturing defect, the following requirements must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will assess the item for any manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange for the defective item.

Please note that any damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.

I’ve been running my custom wheels from Wheel Angel for over a year now, and they’ve been absolutely flawless. From the first discussion with Andy the owner to the final delivery, the experience was professional, transparent, and clearly driven by passion for detail. The craftsmanship is outstanding perfect fitment, beautiful finishing, and exceptional balance. I have been a brand snob for wheels, always Enves with Chris Kings....went over to look for Andy here as i was interested to explore old school goodness of the White Industries hubs. In the end, i went with their own Wheel Angel hub instead as i can sense that Andy is a prick at quality (which is good for us!) and he will want the best for his own Wheel Angel parts. Super fast service in building the wheels, great time chatting with them and of course, the hubs did not disappoint on my first ride, coupled with the great wheels for my gravel bike and skillful build by Andy. No more Enves for me from now on!
