Return Policy
At WHEEL ANGEL SINGAPORE, we strive to provide accurate and high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. However, we understand that occasionally errors can occur. Our return policy is designed to ensure that our customers receive the correct products and are satisfied with their purchases.
Eligibility for Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sales items or gift cards, except in cases where we have made an error in fulfilling the order. If we deliver an incorrect item that does not match the order description or or lacks modifications we discussed and agreed upon after you made the order, please contact us within 14 days to initiate the return process.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- The item must have been delivered incorrectly, as verified by our customer service team.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Return Procedure
If you need to return an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, item description, and reason for return.
3. Our customer service team will verify the error and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Repackage the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.
5. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
6. Once the item is received and verified, we will provide a full refund or replacement, at our discretion.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days to process.
Replacements will be shipped within 14 days of receiving the returned item. However, please note that the date of shipping for replacement items may vary depending on the current circumstances.
The date of shipping for replacement items is subject to change based on the following factors:
- The time it takes to receive and process the returned item
- The availability of the replacement item
- Any additional verification or investigation required to process the return
We will keep you informed of any updates to the shipping date and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by us if the error is ours. If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Please note that all other sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Damage caused by customer error
