1. Introduction
Wheel Angel Singapore Pte Ltd ("Wheel Angel") offers a limited warranty to cover manufacturer defects and local workmanship for our products. This warranty outlines the terms and conditions governing the sale and use of our products.
2. Warranty Terms
2.1. Coverage:
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for the following periods:

- Rims (Size 650b / 700c / MTB 27.5er / MTB 29er Disc Brake): 60 months
- Rims (700c Rim Brake): 24 months
- Rims (Size 349 / 355 / 406 / 451 / 507): 24 months
- Hub: Manufacturer's standard warranty applies
- Carbon Spoke Hubs: 24 months
- Wire Spokes & Nipples: Lifetime
- Quick Release Skewers: None
- Rim Tape: None
- Wheel Bag: None
2.2. Assessment: All warranty claims will be assessed by Wheel Angel, and our decision is final.
2.3. International Warranty Claims: For international orders, customers may be required to provide photographic or video evidence of the defective component via email.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, or use other than intended
- Lack of maintenance
- Moisture/chemical damage
- Repair, truing, or tension adjustment by unqualified personnel
- Under/over inflation of tire pressures
- Using incorrect brake pads
- Bearings damage from water/chemical
- Nipple breakages due to corrosion
- Weight variations
- Variation in color tones, discolouring or paint chipping, cracking and/or peeling
- Damage resulting from accidents, crashes, or other external factors
3.1 Weight Variation Disclaimer
Due to the nature of our manufacturing process and material variability, Wheel Angel cannot guarantee exact weight matches between the actual product vs stated weight. Weight variations will not affect the performance or functionality of our products.
4. Safety Notices
4.1. Brompton and Mini Velo Rim Brakes Wheelsets: To ensure optimal performance and longevity, avoid prolonged downhill riding with continuous brake application.
4.2. Rider Weight Limit: Our small size wheels have a maximum rider weight limit of 110kg, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Defective Product Replacement
If a product is deemed defective, we will replace it with the same item or an equivalent value product. We regret that we do not provide any monetary refund.
6. Workmanship
We are committed to providing exceptional after-sales service:
- Complimentary spoke trueing and minor services
- Lifetime warranty on wire spoke replacement (Not applicable on Tri-spokes wheels)
8. Shipping and Returns
8.1. Warranty Claims: Purchaser pays return shipping; we pay shipping for replacement products if claim is approved
8.2. Non-Warranty Returns: Purchaser pays all shipping costs.
9. Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for national taxes and duty fees.
10. Crash Replacement
Discounted prices for damaged components due to accidents, limited to 5 years from purchase.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law.
12. Confidentiality
Wheel Angel is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the customer's personal information and undertakes not to divulge any of the customers' personal information to any third party without the prior written consent of the customer. Customers' particulars are solely for the purposes of completing sales transactions or for other legitimate purposes.

14. Warranty Transfer
The warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser.
