Carbon spokes provide a structural advantage, yielding a weight reduction of approximately 100g per pair. The carbon material exhibits high stiffness under tensile loading, resulting in minimal material yield and flex, thereby facilitating instantaneous power transfer. However, this elevated stiffness can lead to diminished ride comfort. To mitigate this, our wheelset design incorporates a 20-spoke configuration, a 24mm inner width rim for enhanced air volume, and optimized spoke tensioning to increase comfort, particularly in the front wheel, while maintaining performance and efficiency.
